Please keep in mind one very important factor when submitting a support ticket. Our support system (like most other support systems) will email you when there is an update to your issue. With this in mind, please DO NOT submit a ticket with an email that autoresponds. All tickets submitted from such emails will not be answered as it creates an email loop.
